  Agreed it's not a good call for Nationwide. Prefer Statefarm over Nationwide. It is much better than Nationwide.
  
  Kindly don't select Nationwide insurance from online or phone.
  Phone/online or customer service agents never tell you the truth about . . ..........
  1)premium :- differs from what agent says on phone
  2)cancellation fee:-- never tells you that NC state has cancellation charges.
  3)cancellation charges:--- Heavy cancellation fee. They don't have any calculation module to tell how much will be cancellation fee.
  4)change in policy:-- Any small change in policy will lead to heavy and unexpected fee.
  5)Knowledge: customer service or online service don't have correct information. They don't have enough knowledge.
