  So... I was expecting awesome, based on the name, the location, and the fact that they aren't open every day. Seemed promising enough... What actually happened was so so... Too young servers who not only don't know the adult beverages available, but can't serve them either. Room temperature plates for salads and desserts, way past done potato (borderline scorched) and prime rib that was good enough, but not even in competition with its peers for best. The venue itself seems very suitable for large gatherings (there was a birthday party in the smaller party room) and sports fans wanting pub food, but the dining room section doesn't have much more appeal, with no separation from the large party area. The staff was cheerful and kind, quite attentive. The bar, which I visited myself to see the draft beer choices, offered many. The beer was perhaps the better part of my experience. The kitchen got one very specific request wrong, but we opted to let it slide. Steaks were cooked as-ordered to medium. Dessert was excellent. Overall a middling experience, so we will be trying other choices before considering a return here. (Friday evening staffing was probably a thin as it could be. If they'd had a big dining crowd show up, it would have been disastrous.)
